River City High School Music Boosters present the 2nd annual West Cap Music Fest to benefit RCHS music programs.
Musical acts scheduled to perform include the Harley White Jr. Orchestra, Joy and Maddness, and Lew Fratis & Friends. All of which will put on a grand show for the West Capital region.
